Think this is a wrap for spring, apologies for similarities but the daffodils don't move much. Tried a little different processing this go-round.

Time to move on.

Thanks for looking, feel free to comment.

Wow Bob, you're calling an end to Spring and even though the calendar says it's Spring here, we haven't seen it yet.
I think the dogwoods might be helped with a greater dof and perhaps a layer where the details are built up through high-pass sharpening and contrast to bring out the details in the whites. The same process works for both yellows and whites.

Nice set Bob. #1 and #4 are my favorites...(I would definitely consider framing 1 and 4).

Like the processing...(I'm thinking a subdued sepia?)

Thanks Douglas,

Re spring - down here spring lasts ~ month generally, then into summer which lingers well into September.

Lacknig deatail - agreed. I ventured off into LR for these other than final toning. I'll revisit in CS6 and re-post if any success.

Thanks for the suggestion and observation,

Bob

Thank you Ray and Anthony,

Glad you enjoy the images. Just ordered some test print this morning - printing my own was a money-pit so I don't even go there.

Yes, a sepia @ 35% opacity normally and Blend-If highlight slider, layer below, split and pulled back to 128-256 for a graduated blend from whatever the white happens to be to the midtines.
