The color one looked nice, but I thought the B&W added a different dimension
I went B&W for two main reasons
1) I liked how I could boost the clarity a bit to really draw out the wispiness of the clouds and let them enhance the image
2) our work photo contest was B&W last month, so I went looking for airshow images that could be translated
3 (bonus) there's just a ton of photos of the Thunderbirds and Blue Angels in color, and I shot a ton of them, linked below. Even though I like them all, there's just nothing really original about them, and I haven't seen as many shots done in B&W like this
