#1 feels cut off with the river/creek along the right edge like that, it makes for a very unbalanced shot. Nice storm clouds, but unbalanced composition.

#2 is the best shot here.

But #3 and 4 don't work at all. It's like you couldn't make up your mind where you wanted the LImited DOF to be. In reality both #3 and 4 should be totally in focus, not the limited DOF you have. Looking at them and seeing either a blurry foreground or a blurry background makes a viewer think that you made a mistake as a photographer. In Landscape phtoography, very rarely do Limited DOF shots work. That's why you see so many people doing focus stacking even as they obsess about trying to get every inch of the shot in focus.
