For me, it's too tight. The cutoff hand at the bottom is particularly glaring, but it would be nice to not clip the bow on the top either. I also think that it's a bit snapshotty and probably a faster lens to soften the people behind her would help the image a lot, and would help you lower the ISO so it's not quite so noisy. With that said, I think you did a good job on the exposure and I like the soft light.
