cool woody Eric. I can't recall seeing that one here before. Any ID ?
Thanks Herb...it's just called the Puerto Rican Woodpecker....I have some better shots from other years including coming out of a nest hole....I'll have to find them on a hard drive somewhere.

A super set Eric. All of these are nice and crisp. The KF shots are good, and they are so hard to do well, (except for Tony and Kenny), that I'd be happy with them. I believe your bittern is another GH - the dark cap and spotted chest look very familiar. ~ Ron
Thanks Ron...I was pleased with how the kf's turned out considering what I went through to get them....and this is at least the second time a greenie fooled me into thinking I had seen my first bittern....one day

Wait somethings wrong - not cats?!?! The golf course sure produced though. The iguanas are certainly my picks. We don't have anything like those here in the northeast.
The only cats here are feral and I stay far away from them....I really like the lizards here with great colors and textures....our modern day slice of Jurassic Park. Remember the days when all dinos were portrayed as grey....don't think so!

That was a great looking set to view Eric. Lots of variety and birds I've not seen before in the first couple shots. Good job on the KFIF.

Thanks Geoff...and I didn't miss chasing after a little white ball one bit....well, maybe just a little
