We have had terrible weather this past month in central Minnesota for photographing wild critters outdoors. On a good note, the ice fishing has been great These are just a few from January. I wish I could post some good otter & mink shots, lots of shots, but no keepers.
No. 4 is interesting to me because this canada goose has a deformed wing and can't fly. But it has survived for 3-winters on this lake. The lake has a small area of open water all winter long.
No. 5 I like just because the mallards head is covered by water, with the exception of the one eye facing you.
