I'd love to see this with some heavy-handed processing in terms of contrast and sharpness.

Thanks for your input, but it has to be a throw and go. I'd really like to see what you specifically have in mind so please feel free to post it. Off for "minor" surgery tomorrow so no time for fun yet again.

Thanks Jeff,

As I sit in my codeine induced fog the more I look the dizzier I get.
I tried hard to duplicate your results and while I can get close it's not quite the same.
Please describe your technique (like it) if you don't mind. Thanks also for the good wishes, I never realized they had to drill through the jawbone to access the sinus.

Dan, nothing really crazy to be honest - just bumped up the contrast, did some burning around some curved edges and sharpened some.

Drilling through jaw bone sounds PAINFUL!
