Happy New Year!

This years resolution is to be more social media orientate by posting blogs and participating on this forum. Also, try to book more of my own jobs and do less freelance work.

It's been extremely busy and hectic the past couple of months with moving into the new home and setting up the work station. I've been wanting to share this shoot for quite some time now. I was STOKED when Danielle and Luigi invited me to their bake shop to capture them making some amazing cupcakes. It was a pleasure to see what goes on in the kitchen of my favorite bake shop in Brooklyn!

Please let me know what you guys think!

Thanks in advance

The bake shots are cute maybe lead with those. I'm not a huge fan of the first one, just doesn't show their connection or your photographic style. Usually good to lead with your strongest if this represents a blog post on your site. Shots like 4 you may want to make sure the ring is straight if that is the main subject. I like where you were going with 10, but I think it would be stronger with a different pose, e.g., if they were looking into the frame instead of out of the frame, and its not clear why they would be looking at the floor, as if something is out of the frame that is interesting to them.

Awesome feed back! thank you!

I tend to post from beginning to end. The first photo was literally the 3rd one I snapped. I see what you're saying about #10. I actually have one of them looking at me and one of them looking up away towards the light. I guess I just tried to change up the poses that I was posting, don't want them to look repetitive. You make an excellent point with the importance of lead shots to a blog.
