Not sure how you are searching, but the 80mm f4 macro are usually plentiful on ebay. For example
http://www.ebay.com/itm/Olympus-Zuiko-80mm-F4-Bellows-Lens-With-80-Macro-Close-Up-Attachment-Bundle-/301506940725?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item463336cf35
(bought from this seller before, no complains).
The 38mm f2.8 and the 20mm f2.0 are the hardest to find.

)Answer to a post further up)

With newer bodies, the auto option is irrelevant. The OM bellows has he same auto-aperture coupling as the variable extension helix. Your adapter opens max aperture and one steps down as needed for maximum quality. The attached digital body takes care of exposure.

I thought it required the dual cable release.

So, let me see if I've got this right: the bellows will auto set the iris when the shutter fires (on an OM camera body) ergo; the adapter, which works in stop down mode, will stop down the lens at the other end of the bellows, regardless of which lens I use? Have I got that right? So, in reality, there's no difference between shooting with a bellows and shooting with any other OM lens on an A7R?

If so that solves all my problems.

Thanks Fred. The 80mm is what I'm looking for. The 38 and 20mm have too much magnification for me.

The variable extension ring will close OM lenses when the adapter is applied, the bellows (at least mine), will not - without the double cable release you mention . I use an enlarger lens on my bellows, so I forgot about that.
