Can anyone tell me if a 7MDH can house a D810 with a 70-200 VRII attached? Interior specs on B&H are listed as unspecified.

It's hard to find Crumpler bags or info stateside as they appear to be pulling out of the USA market. However, you can find deals on old stock if you don't mind whacky colors. Black seems to be in short supply. You might try checking Crumpler's website for better specs.

I have a 6MDH and my 7D and 70-200 4L IS just fits lens down in the center albeit the lid sits slightly high.

thats too bad as I have a 5M and 6M.

If you're not hung-up on Crumpler, you may want to consider the Lowepro 180 Messenger. It's a bit tall and fits a D300 w/ Tamron 70-200 no problem.

I have an older 7MDH and my D600 fits with a AF-S 80-200mm attached, with the hood reversed.
