I may have missed this, but what about contacting their web hosting service? Maybe they can shut down access to the site?
They are posting ads on different sites. I've already contacted their hosting provider and a ton of images were removed from this scam site of Ace Star Weddings in UK I am sure if they do it again, their hosting account will be suspended.
This year was a nightmare. Found over 300 stolen images: news cites, magazines, celebrities, fashion stores, car rental companies, yellow pages, photographers, planners, actors, wedding blogs, musicians, real estate companies, etc
The sad part, most of these refuse to acknowledge their fault, with excuses such as " I found it on google and anything on google is free" lol..
Take http://www.transactionpub.com/ Transaction Publishers. This Publisher scammer stole one of my journalism images, then edited it and then put ON A COVER of a book, which was sold on Amazon, Google, and many other stores. No apology was received they pretty much told me to "f$$ off" And the list goes on.
