Been a long, long time since I entered, but I was at Glow 2014 in Eindhoven a little while ago. This was one of the pure light-based technical exhibitions they had, and a woman standing right in front of me was mesmerized by something on the far wall (where nothing was really displayed).
The odd flare my 35mm 1.4 made looks a little bit like an anamorphic flare you see in 2.35:1 film format, I tried to amplify that look by cropping it to 16:9 and adding the 2.35:1 aspect ratio within that.
