Just wondering if anyone knows if these are compatible? I'm looking for cheaper OCF capabilities for receptions and whatnot.

You will be able to trigger the YN560III in manual mode only with the Stratos II. For a bit less money you can also use the Yongnuo RF-602 or RF-603 triggers.

If you want to remotely control the power of the flashes, then you will need to pick up a YN560-TX controller which is made specifically for the YN560III and will allow you to control up to 6 groups.
