Which one should I keep? They all have their trade offs and condition issues.
The SMC Pentax-M is probably the best, but the Bokeh isnt that nice.
The Super Takumar 50 1.4 has some minor fungus and isnt really sharp wide open
The Pentax-A has some haze on one of the interior elements
and my newest 55 F2 is pretty clean but only F2..
Thoughts?

I'd keep the Super Tak 50/1.4. That's a great complement to modern 50's; unless it is broken, the "isn't really sharp wide open" can be considered a feature that can't be replicated in Photoshop.
When I sold my Pentax kit, I kept my Auto Tak 55/1.8 and Tak 105/2.8 for that reason.

Yes, but Kristin's Super-Tak looks mighty yellow...

^Eh? Which Pentax 58/2.0? You mean the 55/2.0?
To the OP - I think I have it worse than you - I have a K50/1.2, A50/1.2, A50/1.4, A50/2.8 Macro, Super Tak 50/1.4 (early 7 element), M50/2.0, and an M50/1.4.
