I believe this is a juvenile Double-Crested Cormorant, taken on the Firehole river in Yellowstone National Park the end of September. The Cormorant dove under and shortly surfaced with the fish carcass in his beak quickly flinging it up in the air and spent the next few minutes trying to swallow it. A good show.
