Okay its for microscopes but could it be adapted for a DSLR & I wonder who's sensor they are using?

Could be the D4 sensor (which I believe is a Nikon design, fabricated by Renesas) but without the CFA. Presumably it is simple enough to omit this stage of production without redesigning the sensor.

Given the specs, it's the D4(s)/Df sensor, that's the only current production sensor of similar specs.

If Nikon wanted to do something really interesting, this sensor in a Df body would actually differentiate the Df in a meaningful way. It would probably sell a lot of more Df's than are moving today.

That would be nice to have in dSLR. Preferably with 16-bit ADC.
