For sale is my Nikon AF-S 500mm f/4 D ED IF (version 1) lens. This lens is tack sharp and has served me well for 11+ years. AF performance is fast and silent; the aperture mechanism works smoothly; the glass is pristine -- there is no mold, fungus, or dust; and, as shown in the photo's, the lens body is in outstanding shape too! As expected for an older telephoto lens, the lens hood has some scuffing and a few light scratches here and there but there are no heavy scratches, it is not dented or damaged, and it works perfectly fine. This is a Nikon USA model and comes with everything that was originally supplied. I am the 2nd owner of this fine lens and it has been well cared for, never dropped or abused, and better still, lightly used.
This lens will not disappoint!!
