First two were sharp, but AF was useless. This one is pretty good. For the price and focal-length, amazing.

Question lucky or Tamron actually fixed something.

I might be tempted to sell my 300f4 and buy one of these zooms. If wowed enough and after some time of ownership maybe sell the 500f4. (Have some doubt on that one, but who knows)
