This set features photos from Nickerson Beach at sunset, Sunday August 24, 2014. About 15 minutes before sunset, the sun went behind a cloud and it appeared that it would pop out at the horizon producing stunning gap light. That did not happen and instead a thin cloud obscured the sun producing very pretty pastels.
