Using Chrome on an XP laptop...
1 - booted up tried to link direct to below and got the same as others, a brief flash of the banner then blank, tried to refresh and nothing worked. Closed Chrome and tried again with same result.
2 - Closed blank Canon tab, opened a new one and loaded the Canon US main product page. One reboot I tried this sequence first and all worked also.
Clicked on the 'Consumer and Home Office' menu potion, then click it's 'Where to Buy' sub-menu option, then on the 'Shop Direct' icon; the large shopping cart image...
There was no flash/blank screen, all worked fine. I then repeated the above after turning everything off, rebooting, and again on first try Chrome exhibited the same behavior in both sequences.
So far I've not detected what the issue is, could be shockwave/flash; one of it's options, if I find something I'll report back. Been debugging for 2 decades on windows, doesn't mean I'll figure things out tho
As for the new design, it's more visual but navigation SUCKS, anytime you must traverse four levels to get to your subject it's a joke. Guess Canon hasn't figured out website design, ease of use in particular, sure glad this isn't the case with their DSLR menus.
Tried the above with Firefox v31 and get nothing with option one, with option two everything gets stalled when their initial ad server begins to load, it just never seems to connect...
With IE8 I get the following message no matter which sequence is used...
Unsupported Browser Error

Seems Canon didn't test much at all
