Not sure if what I want exists, but figured I'd ask anyway.

Looking for an LED light or light panel that's either tungsten balanced or can take a gel to be tungsten balanced.

I'd also like the light to have barndoors...barndoors that actually work. I saw some cheaper LED light reviews on YouTube, and the doors didn't really do much.

For price, I'd love to be under $200 if possible.

I recently picked up a Lowel Pro light, but their barndoors are also horrible and don't really control the light like I'd like. I know that's not an LED light...but would consider using a constant light like that if it fit my requirements.

LEDs are all over the place when it comes to quality and consistency, a $200 unit will most likely not be the worst one out there but not among the best....A lot of the Chinese products I have seen have a slight greenish tint.
The more $$$ you spend the better the CRI will be....

Not even close to your price, but the Westcott Ice Lights are fabulous. Barn doors work well - although they are extra. Tungsten gel also available. Daylight balanced, CRI well over 90... But $500 for just the basic light. Soft light.

I've used them and much prefer the GL1 hotlight. I don't want to shell out another $600 for the gl1
