Canon 70D new at $1100 and refub at $950.
Should I go for Canon 60D refub or for 70D?
I wanted to go for full frame but because of my interest in making short films also, I decided for 70D (because of it's new autofocus system). But 60D refub @432 looks like a very good deal until 70D becomes cheaper.
The site was down near all night, glad it's back up; maintenance was completed.
I'm looking at the FF bodies, eyes on a 6D, but that's a sweet price for the 60D
BTW, 5D3s are in-stock, for the moment
I would wait until Canon announces the new products in September. Best case they might announce something that interests you. Worst case, you can always buy a one of the old products at a cheaper price.
The 60D is at the end of it's life cycle, having been released in 2010. The 70D is still in the Spring of its life, so you won't see discounts similar to the 60D for another couple years.
Thank you for the replies.
I will take a 70D, most probably used one for around $850.
Waiting until Sep is also a good idea, but not sure if I would like to wait as I have a vacation trip from 22nd this month and I want to upgrade before that.
