And even Macro/Closeup's with the 55-250 STM lens. It's quite surprising that lens can do as well as it does, and then do closeups as well. Here are some samples.

Just cause it doesn't have a FF sensor doesn't mean it's a useless camera.

Nice shots, I really dig the scape.

I tried a 6D back in January, and while it was a fine camera it just didn't excite me. Guess I've found one I like.

I'm sure it can, but why waste the opportunity to better capture the image?

"Better" capture the image?

So FF is just automatically "better" is it?

Yes, 70D can do landscapes. There's no reason to believe it cannot. However, your example is not the finest. The whole scenery is "very far away" and I'm sure you'll get adequate DOF and overall sharpness with modest apertures like f5,6 or f7,1. Now try to do an ultra-wide composition without focus-stacking. In other words, stop down to f16 and I'm sure you'll agree there are somewhat better tools for the job. The 70D, with good capture and PP technique, will undoubtedly produce very fine results. But I'm sure many would rather use a larger sensor for even better quality.

Now, as a landscape *tog*, I have to tell you that you have quite a lot of UV haze in your sample (there's nothing you can do with it but capture it in better light) and quite strong blue cast (can be fixed in PP).
