Hahahaha i have a stupid question
What camera it will perform better on a Auto mode ?
The reason im asking this is because of my wife, she start to love photography and i need to buy her a camera , but i know she only will use the Auto .. mode
I will buy her a good powershot

I would base the decision on how much you're wanting to spend and the form factor? Auto isn't going to make much difference from camera to camera. Look first at features like sensor size, zoom range, built in flash, etc. If your budget is under $200, I'd look at a refurbished powershot s100 or s110.

If money is not really a huge factor you can't go wrong with the RX100's.
