A 3 year old male Leopard out on patrol,

taking advantage of one of our camp vehicle's spot light from the front allowed me this different perspective from the usual front lit form.

South Luangwa Nat Park- Zambia.

D3s 70-200 f/2.8VRII 1/100s f/2.8 -2 .7EV ISO1600@ 200mm.

Love the rim lighting and resulting silhouette...a wonderfully seen and artfully taken photograph.

Very dramatic shot No mistaking where the light source is coming from and it was very well done .Way to think outside the box ( god i hate that statement but it was perfect for this image )
