Lot's of foreground content that adds distraction and robs from attention to the Swan, and your heavily processed color palette is all over the map. I'd limit that a lot to a primary chromatic theme and support that color with one or two complimentary shades.
If it's a swan you're wanting to suggest, perhaps rendering the "swan body" dress in white rather cyan blue will alert the viewer to what you are wanting them to see.
Perhaps I've missed what you've trying to do with your project, if so disregard the above.
