p.1 #1 · p.1 #1 · Backyard birds - all shot within an hour

I am still a newbie, so these are not up to the high quality ones you see here. But all of these were shot in a span of one hour in my backyard (no birdies on the golf course, so stuck to birds in the backyard). Red headed woodpecker, starling, swallow, thrush masked among the flower beds, blue bird and guessing its a juvenile mocking bird.
Comments to improve my technique!!

A nice set, but unless your yard is on a steep hill, you should consider leveling the first shot ~ Ron

Lots of variety in both the birds and the yard. Nice set.

Thanks for the comments. Considering the amount of rain we are getting here - I will have to switch to birding (rather than birdies on the course).

Would you like to trade backyards for a day, I got black bears and all kinds of woodies ? Sweet to have both bluebirds and red heads in your yard.

I have two legged and four legged visitors on Hole no. 2 - view from the deck. The birds come to the wooded area on the other side. Here is another Red Headed visitor (with my old Rebel T2i).
