More of a test shot, but it turned out so I wanted to share it!

This was taken with my EOS-M and my dad's Accura Accu-Rapid 300mm F/4.5 , and four extension tubes he has had since the 60's.

I see (your other topic about the lens) that you have a x3 TC. I doubt that you will get a very good performance out of that. I suggest that you get a high performance (apo) x2 TC (Kiron are cheap and very good). You will still need some tube extension in there to give short working distance.

That will give you a combination which wil be easier to hold still than that huge lens on tubes.

It is difficult to judge from one shot of a colourful flower but it could be one of those old lenses which falls a bit short on resolution but gives a pleasing rendering of colours.
