by the glare, I assume you mean the bright white reflection
you could try multiple clones over the area, but the LR4 clone tool is pretty rudimentary
if this were my image, and a keeper, and I had no other software for cloning, I'd ask a friend to fix it in Photoshop
I do not have LR5 but understand the tools are improved. Others can chime in. If LR5 is up to the task, may be time to upgrade.
I do almost all of my work in LR, but turn to an older copy of PS for situations like this

If I'm not mistaken, PSE 9 and newer have a content aware clone tool that could probably fix that.

Pretty sure you won't cure that in LR. Photoshop is the answer

The key here is to be aware of what's behind the subject Move the rocking chairs a bit, move your feet to an offset (vs. head-on) position, etc etc.

Post it in the Critique Forum and see what others can do with it for you.

The Patch Tool in Photoshop CC combined with some cloning will fix that.

This is a pretty easy fix for someone with a bit of experience but harder if you don't. I made a selection of an area near the top, floated it to a new layer (Cmd-J), moved it down, Free Transformed it to match the underlying area, masked out the areas that needed masking, then finally cloned out some of the leftover debris. Do this on an original high res and it will be even better. About five minutes to do.

Lr 5 can remove the glare from the flash with the Spot Removal tool. Lr 4 does have the Spot Removal tool, but Lr 5 made some enhancements to the tool to help with this task. However, IMHO, PS seems to do the job a little better as evidenced by the example posted above. ^^
