Hi Birdie,
A lovely set!
You are so lucky to have grown male hummers in your garden!
First and third are my picks
BeeBalm
Thanks BB . I hope you get the adult male, or maybe your pretty young boy will hang around until he matures

Great set, Roberta. That colorful collar really pops in #1, and #3. The shadow in #6 is way cool. These are all terrific. What is the flower type that they are feeding on?
Ed
Thanks so much Ed. The flower is called Porter Weed. They do seem to really like it.

These are marvelous Birdie, I think you did a wonderful job on the high ISO images. I was wondering what NR you use on the subjects? There are a few good plugins out there that will reduce the noise on the subjects without adding too much blur and loss of detail. I occasionally use Topaz Denoise but others work just as well. Have you tried any?
Tim
Hi Tim ! Thank you very much. I tend to underexpose these , need to work on that as it just makes the noise worse.
I have been using Nik Define , but just recently started using Topaz DeNoise more. I am liking the Topaz more than the Nik.
