You are right. The set ccontains short light and hard light sources but not in the same photo since 2 and 3 are made with softboxes
For me, No. 2 is your game-winner here but I think you could have made it about 2 stops darker and it would have really popped. You can possibly still do that with the raw file in LR.

I really like that you're trying something new, and this came out really well. Sometimes when we try something new, we don't go as far into it as we can. I'm also picking up a orangish color cast here, but maybe it's just her tan and her hair? Overall, just loving it!
The WB is a bit warmer than usual. I think it works well with the shiny skin and produces nie copper/bronze tone to the image.
