p.1 #1 · p.1 #1 · From Painter to Photoshop (for real life effects)

Dear community!

Inspired by this post (and trying not to flood it with my problems) I'm trying to get the real world-art feeling for my digital art (which looks kinda plastic truly saying). Though I'm not familiar with Painter and it's hard for me to switch so I'm using Photoshop. I'm trying to get it to work the same way as Painter and I already found color wheel and color mixing panels working in Photoshop and brush panels that bring almost (looks like it) experience. Now I'm trying to get Photoshop to put the colors on the canvas the same way it works for Painter. And I'm stuck! Do you know if there's a sane way for Photoshop to put the paints on the canvas like it's in real life for watercolors? (And in Painter)?

Thank you!
