Hi everyone,
I recently returned from a week long photography trip to a remote lake in the Cariboo region of central British Columbia. Much of my time was spent photographing a colony of Black Terns. On the final evening, a breaking storm revealed a long-awaited brilliant sunset. A Caddisfly hatch had the terns working well into twilight; capturing the airborne insects for their hungry nestlings.
