I want to save the changes I made in the preset, not sure how to do that?

As far as I know you cannot change the default presets that ship with Lightroom.

However, you can modify user presets or those created by third-parties and installed in Lightroom. To do so, apply the preset to an image, adjust the image to taste, then right-click on the preset name in the Preset Panel, and select "Update with Current Settings" from the pop-up menu that appears. You will then see an additional dialog box that allows you to specify exactly which settings you want to update in the preset. Make your choice(s), click on the Update button and you're done.
