Bob,

Hard to tell what the kids are after from the image alone.

The branch/leaves on the left is too much of a distraction, and I might see some slight vignetting in the upper right?

Cheers!

I remember as a west coast kid visiting the midwest and seeing lightening bugs for the first, and maybe the last time.

The leaves on the left and the OOF dark stuff (probably more leaves on the right intrude. The right could be cropped, not sure what to do with the left.

I think the dead center tree is an additional distraction.
Not from the fun, but from the photo capture.

Thank guys, the 'framing is intentional', obviously not working for all - want to retain context. Perhaps the title misleads?

Ben - yes, one of their memories from their earlier visit, they also want to go to the lake and make things out of that 'red stuff' - that would be Georgia clay. No pumice or volcanic ash here

The variety of critters, aka 'bugs', also greatly surpasses that in the high desert of central Oregon. Palmetto bugs and roaches to name two.

Thanks Scott - succumbed to my balance-gene. And, maybe my wishful thinking
