I'm using Lee ND grad filters and the polariser.

Unfortunately it's vignetting when using polariser on Canon 17-40 with full-frame camera even with wide-angle adaptor ring. But it's fine when using ND grads only. Vignetting disappears after 21mm. Because I like the effects of filters and often I stack polariser with ND grad filters (sometimes x2 grads) it's like using 21-40mm lens then.

Most likely I'm going to sell 17-40, 24-105 and old Sigma 10-20 to get 24-70 II.

My question is. Would it vignette on Canon 24-70 II @24mm with full-frame camera? I doubt it would but still.

And second question, what lenses are you using with Lee filters?

I found that by using Lee's own 105mm Polariser with their adaptor ring fitted to the front of the holder you get no vignetting on a 17-40 on a 5D.
You have to be careful with strong lighting behind you though as it can pick up reflections and bounce them back into the camera, I use a black cloth to negate this.

I use Lee's square polarizer with my ND's and GND's. Sometimes stacking 3 filters and have noticed very little vignetting at 16mm FF with the wide angle adaptor ring.

And how do you rotate square polariser? Are you using two filter holders then?

I will make some photos this weekend, how bad it vignettes and post them here.

using the square polarizer with a GND, of course the GND will dictate the direction of the slots holding the filters. The polarizer has a front and back, but in this instance can be mounted two directions differing by 90 degrees. While this may not provide the maximum polarization, in practical terms, it almost always seems to be enough. Here is a long thread discussing the use of the Lee square polarizer and also has several examples in it.
