I think it has been pretty much documented that spending for a 50 Lux ASPH to use on a a7R is a waste of time and money. I can even see degraded corners with a ZM50 Planar on a a7R. When I had the Millennium Nikor 50/1.4, it was sharp into the corners at wider apertures. A pleasant surprise.
My vote for one of the best lenses on the a7R is the Summicron 75mm APO, and although I haven't use one and didn't have the Summicron, I'd be all over the Summarit 75mm.
