They're very good lenses. They have good color and contrast and pretty good sharpness across the frame. For E-Mount, they're about the best you can get in this range. For Fuji, there are native lenses that are as good, but it will depend on the look you want and the exact effect.
I reviewed both lenses over the past year and found them both excellent. The 32mm f/1.8 is very sharp wide open (and indeed sharper than the Fuji 35/1.4 at wide apertures), however, it doesn't improve all that much stopping down, as a result the Fuji 35mm f/1.4 ends up sharper across the frame at f/4-f/8. The 12mm is sharp across the frame right from f/2.8, and will provide very good images. It's not quite as sharp as the Fuji 14mm, but it's not all that far off. It's wider, which can be great, though in a single wide prime, I actually prefer the 14mm view, as it's still very wide, but easier to use more often.
