Does anyone use print on demand companies like fine art america or any others?
Do you recommend print on demand print shops?
I am asking because I do use fine art america, but I am strongly reconsidering. Yes, they are super convenient but to me they don't seem the best quality. I ordered 15 print though them for an upcoming show and 6 of them are bad due to their quality control and it has put me in a not so good situation. Also if 1/3 of their prints ship this way how do I know what my customers are getting if they order from my site?
Ive now been thinking instead of using them, find another print shop and when some one would like to perches a print they just contact me. I get it printed and ship it to them myself. It's just not the easiest thing when you work full time and sometimes crazy hours.
Any suggestions or other options would be very helpful
