Some kind of wild weed, playing with the X-E1 and the plastic fantastic Sima f2.0, WO:
Freaky that the "blooming" "glow" actually changes the color of the background light coming through it.

Here is one I shot using very shallow depth of field on my cat's left eye, leaving everything else soft. Shot with a Zeiss 50mm f/1.4 @ f/1.4.

Interesting how the f/5.6 image has a pronounced border just above the top edges of the flower petals. It's like the softness at f/4 is being sucked in to the central parts of the image at f/5.6.
