...on a stringed instrument. These are on my electric bass. I can't hold it to play it right now due to an arm injury, but I can shoot it with the help of a tripod. Thanks for looking.

Awesome, I think this is kind of what I was trying to achieve with my "tuning machines" post over in the critique forum. I decided to re-shoot it but haven't had a chance yet.

Thanks for the kind words. I envisioned something just a little bit different, having tried this shot before, but this time I liked the final product. I found yours in the Critique Forum - looks like 4 of what I bet are 5 strings on a banjo - my most favorite instrument. I have one here - wish I could play it!
