Check your variables. What changed? If it came back from CPS and was immediately producing different/soft images, I'd start there.

when you send a camera in to canon they reset your custom functions back to factory specs. Check your settings if you had made any microadjustments to your lens.

Jpeg or Raw? If the former, then it could be a settings issue (they might have changed something).
It could also be that you need to MA your lenses, as they might have done some kind of reset or adjustment.

Reading your second post again, I don't know if I understood well: you received the camera from them, it worked well for two months and suddenly it started making soft images? If so, disregard my suggestions.
If it came from them making soft images (which is what I inferred from your first post), then try searching for any setting that might have changed and if that's not the cause, try MA one lens to see it that helps.

i would vote for MA .

first thing to do would be a tripod mounted Live View manual focus to prove a sharp image and then work from there

I find if any of my cameras do that the first thing do is a total reset on the camera and a lot of the time it fix's it.

, therefore it had nothing to do with Canon servicing it.

Post some examples, complete with EXIF intact, if you want better advice.

Do not bother doing MA unless you can prove it is either front or back-focusing.
