I have used several copies of this over the years, but this is the one that I kept. It is amazingly sharp and has a lovely bokeh. Great for subjects near or far. I used it for everything from near macro to landscape and portraits in between. It is also great for infrared shooting (some copies ghost, but this one doesn't).
Why would I sell such a beauty? Good question. I shifted almost exclusively to quirky manual focus primes about a year and a half ago, and it has seen little use. It is too nice of a lens to let sit in a cabinet all day.
Condition: Lens is stellar except a small spot where the paint near the word "Japan" flaked off. Glass is clean and clear. The outside of the lens hood has typical rub marks you would expect to see. Obviously, none of these things impact image quality.
Price covers CONUS shipping.
Comes with pouch, manual, and both caps (I no longer have the box).
