I just returned from a few months out in WA state. I was very busy for most of the trip, but occasionally got out on weekends. One of my goals for the trip was to get a halfway-decent shot of Mount Rainier, but it just never seemed to work out that I had the right conditions at a time where I had my camera and the ability to get to a decent vantage. Sunday was my very last opportunity, but the weather report was grim. I drove out that way hoping against hope that the forecast would prove wrong, and sure enough the skies opened up and I was granted good shooting conditions. This is a view of Rainier from the south, and I tried to get something a little different than what one usually sees of her.

EDIT:
A different comp, shot a few minutes earlier.
