p.1 #1 · p.1 #1 · Canon Pixma Pro 100 - Colors very undersaturated

Using Print Studio Pro through Lightroom and using the correct ICC profiles for the paper (Photo Paper Plus Glossy II) and trying both Perceptual and Relative. The prints look pretty good but not nearly as vibrant and saturated as what is shown on my monitor. Does anyone have any tips on options that I'm not checking in order to do this?

Is your monitor calibrated, and if so at what luminance level?

Prints will never look as "vibrant and saturated" as what you see on your computer monitor (for various reasons).

I print via PSE11 to my 9500MkII and had the same issue with the same paper until I changed from "photoshop manages color" to "printer manages color". Now the prints match the monitor.

Try using the Pro Platinum profile, with this paper. Before I made my own colormunki profile, I used it, to get rid of the color cast on my black & white prints. The color prints were better too. There is something off with Canon's Plus Glossy II profile.

ciao,
