Thanks Zoomalot, appreciate it. It actually isn't related to a true Lemur like the ones on Madagascar but is actually a Colugo which I have no idea what it is related to
I found this info on Wikipedia about why the baby appears to be in a pouch like a Kangaroo but isn't actually:
"Although they are placental mammals, colugos are marsupial-like in their breeding habits. The young are born after 60 days of gestation in a tiny and undeveloped form, and spend their first six months or so of life clinging to the mother's belly. To protect them and transport them, she curls her tail up to fold the gliding membrane into a warm, secure quasi-pouch. "
