The 24 is a pretty good lens and sounds like a good deal. The 20/3.5 is best at close range; not my choice for objects at distance, unlike the old 20/4 (its predecessor) which is probably better for landscape work at ƒ/8-11; a good lens but weaker in comparison to the 16-35, 17-35 and 14-24 zooms.
The 20/4 may be the smallest/lightest Nikkor AI lens ever made.
