I'm not a golfer, but this image, althought good, seems to lack the dynamism that a shot of a golfer should depict. Too posed rather than an action shot.

+1 Some serious horror feel going on here. Only thing missing is some blood dripping off the club.

Something with the ears... Maybe go in and burn those in a little bit so they're not transparent? I know cartilage is semi-opaque, but they look a little funky.

The catch lights on the club are a nice touch, though.

Thank you for the feedback. That's funny you noticed that, that was the one thing that drives me nuts about this photo.

This thread is sort of a unique lesson in how lighting can really affect the message in a photograph. Had the OP chosen to use green or blue, it may have just looked like a stock photo with space for text. However, the red tint and dark silhouette really present a completely different image.
