I don't know what FV is.

I took a shot when Af focus point light, but it doesn't focus on.

Live view works fine.

The term "focus shift" is normally used for something different - when focus is spot on wide open but shifts when you stop the lens down. From your description, it sounds more like misfocus (front or back focus) that you will see wide open.

I had this lens (Zeiss 35/1.4) in my Nikon days, and even with perfectly calibrated focus I found it was quite hard to focus correctly with the viewfinder. I had a split-prism screen in one of my cameras and that helped. Without that, it was pretty much a crap shot to get perfect focus, unless using life view or working very deliberately and taking multiple shots (focus bracketing). If you don't want to spend the time, you're probably not going to be very happy with this lens.

I found the Zeiss 135/2 much easier to focus in the viewfinder. The image pretty much springs in and out of focus. With the 35/1.4 it is more gradual and harder to see. I returned mine back when I got it and picked up the Sigma instead which is even sharper (and of course has AF). Now that I moved to Canon, I got the 35/2 IS and I'm very happy with it. But if you're after good bokeh, then the Zeiss 35/1.4 is still the best at that focal length.
