My suggestions:
The birds would visually benefit if they stood out better, e.g.:
1. Put more light on the "faces" of the birds. Maybe start with "shadows," "whites," and "highlights" adjustments in ACR or LR. The backlighting works well on the pelican's pouch, but the viewers' side of the birds is too dingy and would benefit from brightening.
2. Fix the overexposure in the last one and blown out whites in all images.
3. Fix the vignetting.
4. Fix the strange pinkish hue in all images.
5. Fix the problem with the strange color of the breast feathers on the eagle--maybe the same hue problem as in #4.
6. If you have enough pixels, crop the image from the top, right, and bottom.
Is your monitor out of calibration? Try viewing the image on other monitors, especially those known to be correctly calibrated.
